Unlike the early days, women are now in almost every sector and most importantly doing well.
Workplaces that were once predominantly male are now non-existent and women are entering these sectors.
This may be the result of gender equality, but also the willingness and self-confidence of female employees.

Equal opportunities make workers feel that they can self-promote, create higher aims, and make progress in their career paths.
Moreover, the positive impact is not only for female but also for male.

In August 2021, the WWS invited its female employees from all department to share what they choose to challenge.
One of them choose to challenge stereotypes that suggest women don’t make good leaders.
At the WWS, we have regions, brands and departments led by strong women.
In total, 60% of the wws company’s employees are women, and there are some department are led by women.
We are proud of these achievements and we need to continue in this same direction.
