Today, Wellware has a complete set of quality inspection links and is responsible for product quality. Now I will introduce how wellware monitors the quality of products in the factory.

1, Clay body:

In the early stage of product production, when the product is finished, our quality inspectors will repeatedly check the size of the product to ensure that the size and shape are the same as the customer’s requirements. This is the initial way to ensure the product’s direction.

2, Glaze body:

After the glazing process of the product is completed, the quality inspector will confirm the integrity and quality of the glaze surface of the product, ensure that the glaze surface is completely covered, and avoid appearance defects such as pinholes and black spots. Control the production of the product again before the product is fired.

3. The firing is completed:

During the product firing process, the kiln temperature is monitored to keep the kiln temperature at 1270°C to ensure that the product size is correct and the surface is smooth.

4. Selection:

After the product is fired, the customer’s products will be further screened again, and the problematic products will be taken out, leaving the A and B products. Ensure the uniformity of customer product quality.

5, Backstamp:

After the picking is over, when the bottom print is printed, the quality inspector will repeatedly confirm and check whether the size and content of the bottom print of the product are correct and consistent with the PO.

6, Packing:

When packing, check the information on the carton again and scan the barcode of the carton and gift box to ensure that the barcode is scanned successfully.

7, Reopen the package:

After the packaging is completed, the quality inspector will again check whether the internal products are fixed, and will not be damaged due to long-term transportation, and each piece can be safely transported.

8, Shipment:

When the product is loaded, check that the shipping marks and product descriptions of the gift boxes and cartons are completely correct. Ensure that the products can be shipped on time.

After this series of quality inspections, the product has completed the quality inspection in the factory. Although the process is cumbersome, we still insist on the quality of the product.
